When you create an account with TagWheel AI, you are required to provide personal information, including your username and email address.
You may permanently delete your account by following the instructions provided in the app. Please note that account deletion is irreversible, and all data associated with your account will be permanently removed.
Users must ensure that the information provided during account creation is accurate and up-to-date. Misrepresentation of identity is prohibited.
Users are prohibited from creating accounts that impersonate celebrities, public figures, or other users.
Accounts found violating this guideline will be suspended immediately and may face further action as deemed necessary.
By enabling location sharing, you authorize TagWheel AI to broadcast your live location to nearby users, such as riders or drivers.
You can opt out of location sharing at any time by disabling the feature in the app settings.
TagWheel AI does not store your location data but may suggest nearby businesses or landmarks through indirect marketing.
Background location access may be required for seamless communication with nearby users and for sending/receiving alerts.
Misuse of location-sharing features to stalk, harass, or engage in illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
TagWheel AI allows users to exchange messages, including text, photos, and videos.
You have full control over whom to allow to message you and may block or report users who violate TagWheel AI's policies.
Bullying, harassment, or any form of criminal activity is strictly prohibited and should be reported immediately.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the content they share does not violate any local, national, or international laws.
By live streaming your ride, you allow other users (followers or public audiences) to watch your video and interact via messages, gifts, or multimedia.
You may block and report users who engage in abusive behavior.
Prohibited activities during live streaming include, but are not limited to:
TagWheel AI reserves the right to maintain event logs of live streams.
Livestreaming while operating a vehicle must comply with local traffic laws. Users are prohibited from engaging in unsafe driving practices during live broadcasts.
By granting access to audio files, you authorize TagWheel AI to record your voice/audio for communication purposes with other users.
Audio recordings must not contain offensive or illegal content.
TagWheel AI may request access to your phone's calendar to add scheduled events such as future ride trips.
Notifications for upcoming events will be sent as reminders.
Users must ensure that calendar permissions are only granted for intended purposes. Misuse of this feature to alter unrelated events is prohibited.
TagWheel AI does not store financial information such as bank account or debit/credit card details. Only the last 3–4 digits of your financial details are displayed, as managed by third-party payment services.
Users may send or receive rewards (e.g., digital coins or gifts) that can be traded and deposited into financial institutions.
Payment-related issues stemming from third-party gateways, such as declined transactions or delays, must be resolved directly with the third-party provider. TagWheel AI will provide assistance for issues caused directly by the app.
Fraudulent activities involving financial transactions, including unauthorized use of payment methods, will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
TagWheel AI does not refund, reimburse, or exchange any digital goods, credits, or monetary values caused by third-party services. We always advise you to contact our third-party financial service providers directly to resolve your issue.
TagWheel AI is not responsible for damages, losses, or accidents caused by driver negligence, including property damage or personal injury.
Users are required to operate vehicles responsibly and in accordance with traffic laws.
TagWheel AI does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the app and is not liable for disruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, or third-party service failures.
Users must not use the app to engage in activities that violate local, national, or international laws.
Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit the app's features for malicious purposes is strictly prohibited.
Users may not post, upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is abusive, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable.
TagWheel AI reserves the right to review, remove, restrict access to, or disable any content that violates these Terms. We may also suspend or terminate user accounts at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
